Stina Perrson for Taikoo Li Xi'an

We’re thrilled to share that Stina Persson’s artwork has been selected to wrap the hoarding at Taikoo Li Xi’an — Swire Properties‘ most ambitious Taikoo Li development to date, currently under construction in the heart of Xi’an. Located beside the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, the project blends contemporary design with the elegance of the Tang Dynasty and will include retail, cultural spaces, and the boutique House Collective hotel.

The commission brings Stina’s fluid, hand-made aesthetic into one of China‘s most historic urban landscapes. Rooted in watercolour, ink, and collage, her work softens the boundary between construction and public space — transforming the site into something warm, human, and beautiful for passersby to experience.
