François Avril was born in 1961 in Paris. Graduated of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d’Art, he began as an illustrator for press magazine, advertising and edition. He realized some comics and children books. He did a lot of limited print editions. He uses to exhibit his personal work on paper or on canvas in Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, Bruxelles, Dinard, Strasbourg and Tokyo.
